HRc Operative

We are Recruiting for an HRC Operative in the Newry area. The hours of work will be 9am-5pm Monday to Friday with a pay rate of £10.42

**Duties**:

- Provide excellent customer service by answering phone calls and addressing customer inquiries
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Upsell products or services to maximize sales opportunities
- Assist customers with data entry and order processing
- Communicate effectively with customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Bilingual or multilingual skills preferred, particularly in Spanish and English
