Overview:
**Change Grow Live** are a charity dedicated to the belief that we can make a difference to our Service Users lives, offering support and respect in a safe environment, treating each user as an individual and working with them to find the right treatment and care options.
**Positive Choices** is Change Grow Live’s confidential service in Coventry supporting young people between the ages of 5 and 24. We offer advice and guidance to young people who are affected by a loved one’s drug or alcohol misuse or if they are using drugs or alcohol themselves and want support to make changes. We also support young people around unhealthy partner relationships, sexual health and keeping safe online and in the community. We are an Award-Winning Service with a great reputation across the city looking to expand our team with people that want to make a real difference.
You’ll have to record information about what you do, so enjoying a bit of paperwork and attention to detail is important. But most of the time you’ll be enjoying working with people from all backgrounds, making a difference to their lives. No two days are the same and we treat every person who comes into our service as an individual, so being flexible, curious and a good listener are key.

I get to spend every day working with young people and seeing the difference you can make to a young person's life makes my job feel so rewarding. I love how supportive our team is and the passion and care we all have for our young people and their families. We are always open to trying new ways of working if it is beneficial for the young people we are supporting and that is a great thing to be a part of.’_
