**Main Purpose of the Post**:
Can you think on your feet, are you upbeat, target driven and do you love social media and the opportunity to connect? Do you share our love for coffee, like a laugh & thrive in a small, busy team?

Due to growth we need an extra team member who can take charge of marketing our swim classes for Water Babies and our follow on swim school, currently called Floaters. We'll need you to be confident on social media, assisting us with posting and advertising regularly to both inform and acquire new swimmers. Experience in SEO & website maintenance on wordpress would be desirable for our newly aquired follow on swim school Floaters, aswell as the opportunity to evolve a brand with a 30year history - exciting times You'll also be responsible for promoting and delivering our underwater photoshoots and assisting with the general admin of taking bookings and move requests from current swimmers.

Water Babies is a small family run swim schools for babies and toddlers and the right person for the job will be happy communicating with our potential customers who are mainly young families. You will also be ok with working on your own sometimes. Everyday is a little different in Water Babies so you need to be able to juggle like a pro sometimes.

As part of a small business you will also be expected to help out with other office tasks as required, visiting our customers at swimming pools across the area from time to time, and interacting with the rest of our offices across the network.

The job is based in our office in Henfield, and is Monday - Friday 9am -5pm with a 30 minute lunchbreak. We are flexible to working to a 4 day week but this would need to include a Monday. For a full job description or informal chat please contact us.
