**Customer Service / Business Administrator**
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced customer service / business administrator to join our team.
You will provide clerical and administrative support in our busy office whilst helping drive the business forward with all office administration.
**Key Duties and Responsibilities include**:
- Taking and processing customer orders
- Answering customer calls, dealing with queries, providing delivery information and responding to general questions.
- Recording information on our CRM system
- Liaising with delivery companies, investigating delivery and return issues, handling courier claims.
- Processing customer returns, ensuring all customers who return their items receive replacements or refunds in a timely manner.
- Liaising with the warehouse team to ensure all orders are shipped out on time.
- Ad-hoc office administrative tasks as and when required
- General office support to ensure customer orders are received and processed smoothly
**Desired skills**:
- Experience in a similar administration role
- Good level of IT skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Positive can-do attitude
- Good attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal, articulate with good spelling and grammar.
- Ability to work well as part of a team as well as using initiative.
- The ability to work quickly & accurately and pay attention to details.
- Flexibility to increase workload in very busy times
You will be supporting the business with sales and business development by talking to customers about products so a little bit of natural sales ability would also be beneficial
**Further details**:
- 37 hours per week (part-time / job share considered)
- 09:00-17:00 (16:30 on Friday) with 30 mins lunch
- 33 days holiday including bank holidays
Wage / salary dependant on age and experience
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £16,500.00-£25,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
