- **Ensuring the safety of all Valeo/Non Valeo personnel on site.**
- **Supporting ongoing training requirements, operationally and to meet the needs of the business.**
- **Ensuring the smooth running of 3 Autonomous Production Zones (APZ).**
- **Assisting with audits in requirements with business needs.**
- **Assisting and leading risk assessments, implementing and ensuring compliance with countermeasures/actions.**
- **Promoting suggestions for improvement (IPs) & involvement of personnel.**
- **Ensuring all process, procedure and health & safety documentation is updated and validated.**
- **Both electronically and physically.**
- **Are physically displayed when necessary.
**- **_Inbound _**
- **Ensuring daily production plan is met & all Supplier deliveries are received safely and efficiently, according to VSUK standards.**
- **Quality control during all aspects of the goods inwards process, with non conformities managed through QRQC.**
- **Communicating with suppliers regarding bookings and late deliveries.**
- **Attendance on conference calls.
**- **_Outbound _**
- **Daily communication with transporters for required delivery information.**
- **Ensure the most cost efficient and most suitable delivery method for each Customer orders.**
- **Ensure all quality control aspects of the despatch process are respected.**
- **Ensuring customer orders are dispatched according to customer specification/requirement.**
- **Communicating with customers to arrange bookings and collection.
**- **_Re-box _**
- **Ensuring daily production plan is met & all Customer orders are shipped on time.**
- **Quality control during all aspects of the re-box process.**
- **Ensuring stock cleanse process is fully controlled and managed.
**- **_Safety & Environment
- **

**Team health check - Ensuring the teams welfare and wellbeing through regular communication.**
- **Ergonomics - Promote awareness, informing the Warehouse Manager of any concerns.**
- **COSHH - Ensure that hazardous materials are handled, stored and disposed of appropriately.**
- **Ensure that safe driving standards & procedures are adhered to at all time, escalating non safe practice to the warehouse manager.**
- **Ensuring that all Health & Safety incidents are recorded documented and reported. With involvement in investigation and preventative actions/counter measures. (Levels 5-7)**
- **Ensuring completion of pre/end of shift checks**
- **Training/involvement in safe working procedures.
**- **_Delivery _**
- **Communication - Ensure direct communication to Customer Services for delivery issues.**
- **Logistics - Direct link to Logistics Manager for control of Supplier deliveries & specific Logistic requests.**
- **Efficient put away of deliveries within 24 hours of receipt, operating a clear floor policy when possible.**
- **Daily replenishment to maximise the picking flow of Customer orders.**
- **Ensure storage conditions (including mapping) are consistent with Valeo VSUK standards & necessary for each product handled.**
- **Team flexibility - Backup for all flows as demand & capacity dictates.**
- **Daily meeting - Facilitates daily meeting to action issues & improve communication.**
- **APU daily meeting - Represent the team at the meeting with issues or concerns for the supply chain or in the absence of the warehouse manager.**
- **Continuous improvement mindset promoted through tools such as sSuggestions for improvement - Lead by example for the team encouraging new suggestions & directly involved in implementation.**
- **Standards deployment - Ensure operating procedures & quality standards are respected by the team at all times. Encourage involvement & promote understanding.**
- **Team disputes - Escalate any disputes between team members to the Warehouse Manager.

- **Ensure 5S guidelines are respected by the team at all times & maintain 5S standards within the zone.**
- **Available to answer questions from internal & external auditors.
**- **_General: _**
- **Production planning within the MPS weekly process.**
- **To assist any unplanned requirement to ensure efficient working within the Division to ensure Customer Satisfaction at all times.**
- **Analysis of Customer delivery claims with necessary actions in place to prevent re-occurrence.**
- **Support the Warehouse Manager with supplier visits**
