**Project / Process Engineer**

**Location**:Leven
**Length**:12 months
**Rate**: £431.25 - £511.75 per day **(inside IR35 via an umbrella company)**
**Hours**: 9am - 6pm

The role is positioned in the Global Brands Supply, Project Engineering team providing Capital Project support to Manufacturing sites including distillation, brewing, spirits and beer packaging and maturation warehousing. The overall purpose of this team is to deliver capital expenditure projects. The role is predominantly site based with main focus on bio-energy processes within our Cameronbridge facility, and across CamLe.

**For the role this includes**:

- Development of requirement specifications in collaboration with other teams such as Operations and technical.
- Use specialist knowledge to deliver capex projects to correct technical specification.
- Development of cost estimates and project schedules.
- Leading the technical and site implementation of projects ensuring they are successfully commissioned on time and to budget.
- Co-ordinating and managing external resources.
- Manage the project lifecycle including capital approval, maintaining accurate financial data including spend and forecast and project closure.
- Plan and lead installation and commissioning work, managing communications with customer site teams in coordination with product businesses.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental standards.

**Skills**
- Ability to communicate effectively and proactively with customers and internal teams regarding plans, products, issues, timelines and solution value.
- DSEAR & Hazop knowledge
- Proficient project manement and engineering skills with excellent problem solving skills and budget management of complete project cycle.

**Education**
- The role holder will be degree qualified in mechanical and/or have a process engineering background.
