Duties and Responsibilities:

- Assisting customers who have reported fraud on their bank accounts
- Acting as first point of contact for customers who may be distressed
- Assisting customers when the bank have detected fraudulent activity
- Preventing potential fraudulent activity
- Adhering to legislation and industry regulations with intricate security practices
- Being empathetic and understanding to all customers
- Resolving complex issues
What experience do you need?
- Experience working within a Financial services business
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Experience dealing with vulnerable customers
- Working to KPI's within a regulated environment
