A fantastic opening awaits at a dynamic engineering firm located in Stanley. Our client is actively in search of a proficient CNC Machinist to join their swiftly growing team. Your skills and expertise will play a pivotal role in their continued success.

Hours of work would be Monday to Friday - 06.00am-2.00pm / 2.00pm-10.00pm.

**Main Duties**:

- Efficiently set up Haas CNC machines based on job specifications
- Operate Haas machines to produce precision components within tolerances
- Monitor machine performance, making adjustments for optimal production
- Read and interpret technical drawings; program Haas machines using G-code
- Conduct in-process inspections, and troubleshooting issues to ensure quality standards
- Collaborate with engineering for design feedback and continuous improvement
- Perform routine maintenance on Haas machines for optimal functionality
- Maintain accurate records of setups, tool changes, and production runs

**Requirements**:

- Proven CNC Machinist experience ideally with Haas machines
- Proficient in reading technical drawings
- Strong troubleshooting skills and commitment to high-quality work
- Solid understanding of machine tooling, cutting speeds, and feeds
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and organisational skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £13.40-£17.87 per hour
