Facilities Helpdesk Coordinator

We are recruiting for a National organisation who are looking to take on a number of Facilities Helpdesk Coordinators (Client Response Operators) for their helpdesk team to be based in Haydock.
Within these Facilities Helpdesk roles you will be working on a 4 on 4 off shift basis, 7am
- 7pm.
These are varied and busy positions, where you will be working within a team environment and be working closely with a number of national and regional clients.
Within these Shift Helpdesk roles you will be:
- Acting as the first point of contact for Client queries and maintenance requests via the phone
- Scheduling works and liaising with a team of in house engineers
- Running daily reports on the CAFM system
- Building strong internal and external relationships
We are looking for:
- Experience of working within facilities helpdesk previously
- An understanding of an M&E facilities service provider organisation
- Great interpersonal skills, phone manner and good listening skills
- Skilled at IT systems and good Microsoft Word experience
This is a busy role which would suit someone who likes a challenge and likes lots of interaction with clients on the phone. This would also suit someone who has worked within a helpdesk, facilities or call centre environment previously.
