Our Client has secured various projects and are now looking to expand our team of experienced painters.
- A minimum of 3 years previous experience in a commercial environment
- Must hold valid CSCS Card
- Be able to work to a high level of quality with a range of different materials
- Own tools and equipment
- Ability to work at height
- The right to work in the UK

As a Painter you will work under the supervision of our site foreman and will:

- Be responsible for working to the schedule of planned and reactive works, to ensure that the interior and exterior finishes and cosmetic building fabric are maintained to a high level.
- Undertake preparation of walls / surfaces including filling, sanding and undercoating
- Ensuring all painting and finishing is done to a very high standard
- Undertaking snagging and small touch up / repair tasks as well as full redecoration
- Application of a range of oil-based, acrylic, cellulose and emulsion finishes to a high standard..
