- Then we may have the opportunity for you We are recruiting a Finance Assistant to be part of the AB Neo site finance team that will ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Finance processes on site. The role will also assist in the testing and implementation of the new ERP system (Infor M3).

**What you'll be doing**:
**Site Finance Processes**:

- Intercompany reconciliations and clearing of invoices
- Month end reconciliations sign offs
- Reconciliation and maintenance of Fixed Asset register and monitoring against projects
- To contact customers and suppliers (hauliers, raw material suppliers, vets etc) as appropriate to resolve queries and chase the receipt of information and documentation
- To investigate and resolve external customer and supplier invoice queries, to meet internal targets
- Efficiently process and manage contracts and invoices
- Purchase to pay software administration and training
- Liaising with Central finance for prompt payments

**ERP implementation project involvement**:

- Be part of the new system testing team.
- Run reports from test system to ensure matches business requirements and expected output format and data accuracy.
- Be part of implementation team, focusing on smooth implementation of Finance & Business processes.

**What you'll bring**:

- Finance experience with knowledge of processes
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- Good communication skills with the ability to flex style to liaise with a wide range of stakeholders
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong level of numeracy.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Must have excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise differing demands in a busy environment.
- Ability to build relationships with stakeholders
