Our client in Pershore are looking for an experienced Service advisor to join the team

The Service advisor position is ideally suited to a highly experienced individual looking for the next step in their career progression to a more senior role.

**Duties for the Service Advisory role include**:

- Checking in and seeing out customers
- Raising job cards
- Take customer bookings
- Organising courtesy vehicles
- Following up with customers
- Liasing with Workshop Controller and Group After sales Manager
- Warranty recalls
- Invoice all work carried out
- Assisting as Reception for visiting customers and incoming calls

For your hard work as a service advisor you will be rewarded with a competitive salary as well as opportunity to earn additional commission from up-selling certain product lines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme

**Experience**:

- service advisor: 1 year (preferred)
