**Purpose**
To be part of a thriving Operations team that is totally customer focused and committed to meeting the demands of our clients. You will need hold yourself accountable to meet the Warehouse Managers daily tasks and to go the extra mile every day. This is a team player role that involves working closely and actively with your colleagues.
**Warehouse Operative Duties**:
- Take responsibilities every day for duties nominated to you by the warehouse manager this would vary from goods in, dispatch, stock replenishment, stock counts, and working in the branding department and much more.
- Report to your line manager and provide support where necessary.
- Be self-motivated and self-discipline to get the most out of each day and to meet all daily/weekly KPI’s.
- Assist in ensuring all order deadlines each day.
- Be part of keeping the work place a safe and clean environment to work in.
- Assist in maintain service schedules for machinery.
- Assist in stock management and stock turn.
- Support in investigating and resolving customer complaints and ensure the correct procedures are in place to keep these within the company’s quality targets.
- To identify and suggest improvements within the operations department. Work with the Warehouse Manager to implement, measure and report findings and/or results.
**Requirements**:
- As this is a very hands-on role you need to be physically fit and prepared to be on your feet all day.
- Taking delivery of goods and supplies accurately.
- Store stock correctly and safely.
- Pick accurately and minimise production errors to ensure orders reach our customers right first time.
- Proven record for skills in using an ERP System like NetSuite.
- Go the extra mile wherever there is an opportunity.
- Maintain a clean and tidy environment.
- Current forklift licence.
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Problem solving attitude.
- Able to maintain awareness of their working environment and work to health and safety standards.

- Forklift Licence preferred.
Due to the requirement of the role, you will need to be able to commute to Waterlooville.
**Hours of work**:7am - 5pm Monday to Friday.
**Job Type**:Full-time, Permanent.
**Salary**:£27k per annum
