**RMA & Spares Assistant**

**HOURS OF WORK 38 HOURS PER WEEK**

**MONDAY TO THURSDAY - 8am - 4.30pm, FRIDAY - 8am - 2pm**

**To ensure that management of customer returns (RMA) and spares delivery**

**JOB SUMMARY**

**Meets the levels of customer service required by the business.**

**KEY DUTIES**

**Booking in of customer returns and liaising with Sales & Support to ensure all**
**the correct information is received.**
- Booking out of customer returns.
- Create and close job (works order) for processing RMA.
- Ensuring all documentation is completed and processed.
- Ensure parts are transacted and moved to the correct locations for completed
- RMA’s and spares orders.
- To print and check support sales orders, create and close jobs (works order) where necessary for any spares and sales orders.
- Informing Supply Chain Manager/Operations Manager of any issues with materials for spares or repair of RMA.
- Any task commensurate with the role.

**PERSON SPECIFICATION**

Good level of education

Experience working in a Quality environment and RMA/Test department.

Good organisational skills.

Good Communication skills

Ability to work well independently and make decisions.

Must be able to work overtime when necessary

**REQUIREMENTS**

Able to use Office 365 effectively
Able to use Epicor E10

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £11.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
