**Job Title**:Masker (Paint and Treatments)

**Location**:India Mill, Darwen

**Salary**: £10.24 depending on skills, experience, and relevant qualifications.

**Job type**: Permanent, Full time, 37 hours per week over a 4-day week, 07:15 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Thursday.

**The role**:
We are searching for individuals with experience working within an aerospace/manufacturing painting environment.

**Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities**:

- Assist ALL paint area with the preparation and completion of parts either prior to Surface Treatment or Painting (Training Provided for a suitable applicant)
- Masking & De-masking of parts prior to surface treatments and paint using various maskants. (In the form of tapes ow specific masking products).
- Assisting the treatments area and printers with the loading of the above.

**Overtime Rates**:

- 4-day week Monday to Thursday 07:15 am to 5:00 pm totaling 37 hours weekly.
- Overtime is available from Friday to Sunday at premium rates of pay.

**Benefits**:

- Holidays start at 28 days per year (including Bank Holidays) (Based on working 4-day week).
- Overtime rates after basic hours are 1.5 of your basic hourly rates, and Fridays and Saturdays
- Overtime rates for Sundays are 2.0 of your basic hourly rates.
