**What you'll be doing**
- Supervision of services within the retail operational area
- Retail services support across the site including customer service, cash handling, stocktaking and merchandising.
- Ensure that the retail shop achieves its GP and sales targets
- Keeping the store well stocked at all times. This will involve filling shelves, refrigerated cabinets and
- fresh produce, ensuring products are in good order.
- Receive and deal with customer complaints appropriately and ensure compliments are shared with the team
- Preparing food
- Operating the till and cash handling whilst providing great customer service
- Stocking up and stock rotation
- Assisting with opening and closing the store
- Receive, check and unpack stock deliveries
- General cleaning of the store

**Experience**
- Previous experience is desirable but not essential as full on the job training will be provided
- Must be flexible in all aspect of working rosters including weekends and bank holidays if required
- Must be a great team player
- DBS and Security clearance checks will be required
