**The role**

We’re looking for a Client Services Associate to join our Financial Planning team in Taunton, to provide administrative support for our Consultants.

The role will involve research, basic report writing, processing and tracking new business and platform dealing.

You’ll be regularly communicating with clients and providers to ensure new and review business is completed to a great service standard.

**What we need from you**
- Previous experience within a similar role, including the use of Intelligent Office client database/back office system
- An awareness of FCA compliance requirements
- An interest in progressing with industry qualifications
- Great communication skills and the ability to organise and prioritise your workload
- A love of working in a team, with a focus on client care
