**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Content Creation, Photography/Video, and Testimonials:
- Develop compelling and engaging content for various channels, showcasing the excellence of our home renovation services.
- Coordinate and capture high-quality photos and videos of our projects, highlighting our commitment to quality and innovation.
- Manage and curate testimonials, both written and filmed, showcasing client success stories and the impact of our services.
- Ensure content aligns with the distinguished Adamsons brand voice, messaging, and marketing goals.
**Social Media Management**:
- Manage and grow our presence on social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Create and curate shareable content that reflects our industry leadership, monitor social media trends, and engage with the online community.
- Develop and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive engagement, leveraging our unique selling points.
**Digital PR**:
- Build and maintain relationships with key influencers, bloggers, and media outlets, showcasing Adamsons as an industry thought leader.
- Develop and execute digital PR strategies to enhance the company's online reputation and visibility.
- Monitor and analyse media coverage, track PR metrics, and provide regular reports, emphasising our industry impact.
**Lead Generation**:
- Plan, execute, and optimise inbound and outbound lead generation campaigns, leveraging our unique selling propositions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure effective lead hand off and follow-up, showcasing the value proposition of our services.
**Strategy and Planning**:
- Contribute to the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing plans that align with Adamsons' overarching goals and values.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources strategically to maximize ROI.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies and maintain our competitive edge.
**Analysis and Reporting**:
- Utilise analytics tools to measure the performance of marketing campaigns.
- Provide regular reports on key performance indicators, budget utilisation, and ROI, demonstrating the effectiveness of our marketing initiatives.
**Sales Enablement**:
- Ensure sales teams have all necessary sales tools and collateral to effectively communicate the unique advantages of our services.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and create impactful sales materials that resonate with our target audience.
**Events Management**:
- Plan and execute marketing events to enhance brand visibility and engage with the target audience.
- Coordinate logistics, promotions, and follow-up activities for successful event outcomes, reinforcing Adamsons' position as an industry leader.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Degree or equivalent
- At least two year’s experience in marketing, communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in content creation, social media management, digital PR, lead generation, and event management.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
