We are the 3rd largest ATOL holder in the UK and expanding our services to Germany. To achieve this, we have divided our platform into four departments that work together in an agile environment.

**About the Selling department**:
The Selling department is responsible for creating the best holiday search experience for our customers. This includes searching through numerous offers, ensuring a seamless checkout experience both on our app and website. Key areas of responsibility include our search platform, payment services, revenue management platform, and content.

**Other departments**:

- **Managing**: Focuses on managing the entire post-booking journey, from the app to the call center, ensuring excellent customer service
- **Supplying**: Responsible for integrating hotel, flight, and ancillary suppliers, optimizing choice and availability accuracy
- **Scaling**: Provides systems and infrastructure to solve common technological problems and increase the impact of our technology expertise

**What you'll do as the Head of Product**:

- Set and manage the Selling platform strategy in collaboration with the Head of Engineering and Director of Product Design
- Align with other Heads of Product and commercial partners to develop an overall product strategy
- Drive product development and delivery through effective prioritization and unblocking execution
- Define and monitor Selling platform KPIs
- Manage and mentor a group of Product Managers
- Work closely with our designers to understand customer needs and drive product evolution
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and be part of the product leadership team
- Manage the Selling product budget

**What we're looking for**:

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in product management, including leadership positions
- Successfully shipped new and existing customer products and can discuss key metrics and failures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in product analytics and data tools
- Strong understanding of cross-functional, autonomous teams and product discovery
- Passionate about building exceptional products that delight customers and drive business value
