Campbell Tickell are working with a housing association based in the Midlands who are seeking a Interim Head of Customer Services to join their team on an interim basis for the next 6 months.

- **Salary**:£90,000 Circa salary pro rata
- **Start date**: As soon as possible

**Key responsibilities but not limited to**:

- Lead and oversee the development and implementation of customer service strategies within the housing association, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and values.
- Manage and mentor a team of customer service professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high standards of service delivery.
- Act as a liaison between the housing association and the community, fostering positive relationships and addressing concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
- Analyse customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous enhancement of services and customer satisfaction levels.

**Essential Requirements & Experience**:

- Highly experienced head of level that holds strong management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers, staff, and stakeholders, ensuring clarity, empathy, and professionalism in all interactions.
- Proficiency in identifying, analysing, and resolving complex customer issues and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner, while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
- Previous experience working in the housing sector.
