**Full Job Description**
**Job Scope**You will be expected to identify and be involved in the delivering of training within the team
You will handle a small caseload alongside taking technical referrals
Experience in developing and mentoring people
Extensive knowledge and understanding of FSA procedures and TCF initiatives
Extensive knowledge of the insurance market
Extensive technical knowledge within the adjusting/ claims arena
**Salary**: £50,000.00-£65,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dorchester: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Dorchester
