**Full Job Description**
BSL Teaching Assistant required for a Primary School in Helston to start as soon as possible for a long term role.
- BSL Teaching Assistant - Minimum BSL Level 2 required
- Immediate start
- whole academic year
- Translating spoken language into BSL competently within a classroom
- BSL Communication Support Worker
The role is within the SEN department of a thriving and very successful primary school in Helston. Good interpersonal skills are essential for the role as well as an ability to confidently communicate using British Sign Language, accordingly you should havea BSL level 2 qualification as a minimum.
Applicants for this BSL Communication Support Worker role should have previous experience working with children or young people ideally within a school environment. You will join an accomplished team of professionals within a well-resourced provision.
