We have an opportunity for a band 6 Clinical Practitioner to join our well
- established Acute Frailty/ Care of Elderly Medical team in the Princess of Wales Hospital Bridgend. The role will support training and development of a clinical practitioner through their MSc and IP in ACP. They will be provided with clinical mentorship to achieve completion of the level 7 education required for Advanced Level Practice.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.

This post is fixed term for 12 months to meet the needs of the service.
