Established in 1999, Complete Wills EPS Ltd is a law firm providing friendly and affordable legal services to our clients generally within a 10 mile radius of Crewe, Cheshire. (Although we have hundreds of clients further a field)

The role of the Private Client Consultant, (often referred to as an Estate Planning Consultant) is to guide clients through the instruction taking process for Wills, during which they will promote the benefits of powers of attorney, safe document storage and trusts involving homes.

Complete Wills works in the non regulated legal world of willwriting, but we are active members of the Society of Willwriters who do regulate our activity. Our firm has a regulated sister company called Goddard Dunbar who provide in the main conveyancing and probate services. Complete Wills can therefore offer a whole range of specialist services to our clients at affordable prices.

Working from our office in Crewe, you will be responsible for dealing with clients visiting our office, which makes up around 80% of our client base. There will also be home visits mainly in the Crewe and Stoke on Trent areas. We further provide telephone and video appointments available to our clients.

And now for the commercial aspect of the job (based on a 5 day week)

Basic Salary: £20,000 pa

Fuel Allowance: £200 pcm

Commission: 15% of net turnover (typically an additional £1000-3000 pcm)

Client Storage Renewals: 25% pa of all storage renewals (an inbuilt pension)

4 weeks annual leave plus Christmas and New Year off (office closes) plus bank holidays plus your birthday off

Death in Service benefit 2 times annual salary

Pension Scheme available
