**How can you change it up?**

We’re looking for people to join our brand new Planner Academy. Starting in February, you’ll complete a 6-month immersive training programme of classroom and in-the-field learning, where, as part of a cohort of trainees, you’ll learn how to design and deliver our best-in-class networks. The programme will empower you with deep network planning knowledge, giving you the skills and experience to quickly progress to an Associate City Planner, where you’ll take ownership of the project management and collaborate with our Designers to deliver the best digital infrastructure possible.

**What will you bring to the role?**
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- A good head for numbers
- Great attention-to-detail
- The ability to learn and use new technology
- 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade C or above (including Maths and English)
- A full UK driving licence
- The ability to spend some time away from home (Milton Keynes & on location)
