**Payroll Assistant**

**Are you an experienced Payroll professional looking for a new opportunity to expand your career?**

We have an exciting opening for a Full-Time Payroll Assistant to join our expanding team in Sunderland. As a vital member of our payroll department, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for our employees.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Processing payroll accurately and efficiently for a designated group of employees.
- Collaborating with HR and finance teams to ensure seamless payroll operations.
- Handling payroll-related queries and providing exceptional customer service to employees.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation and compliance requirements.
- Assisting in the preparation of payroll reports and data analysis.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years' experience working within Payroll.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
- Familiarity with in-house payroll systems is beneficial, but full training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

**Working Hours**:

- Full-time position, with working hours from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
- Flexible working options available, including the possibility of working over 4 or 5 days.
- Remote working may be considered in certain circumstances.
