**Plant Manufacturing Technician**

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Execute and monitor production processes in accordance with established GMP guidelines and company standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Prepare materials, set up equipment, and perform necessary adjustments to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing operations.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to verify adherence to specifications, identifying and addressing any deviations or discrepancies promptly.
- Record and maintain accurate documentation of all activities, including batch records, logbooks, and other relevant production records, in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality control, and engineering, to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the production cycle.
- Troubleshoot equipment and process issues as they arise, implementing appropriate corrective actions to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
- Participate in the development and optimization of manufacturing processes, contributing insights and suggestions for continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times, promoting a culture of safety awareness and ensuring a secure working environment for all employees.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or equivalent practical experience in pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing.
- In-depth understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory standards within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
- Proven experience in a manufacturing or production role, preferably within a pharmaceutical or biotech environment.
- Familiarity with operating and maintaining manufacturing equipment and instrumentation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different departments and levels of the organization.
- Detail-oriented approach to work, with a focus on maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic production setting.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with specific manufacturing technologies or processes relevant to pharmaceutical or biotech production.
- Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Knowledge of relevant software systems and data management tools used in manufacturing and quality control.
