**Amour Recruitment** are proud to be working with a fantastic client based in the Waterlooville area are are looking for a **Junior Designer** to join their expanding team

This role would be ideal for someone looking to start their career as designer at a junior level and looking to develop and grow their skills further.

**Responsibilities**:

- To ensure designs are carried out in line with tender information
- Delivering the full design package on time and adhering to tight schedules
- Ensuring prompt resolution of design related problems that may arise
- Liaising with the design director, technical managers and project managers
- Attending design progress meetings with customers to ensure the design meets their requirements and expectations
- Monitoring all design output against the requirements and taking any necessary actions to ensure timely delivery of the design

**Personal Requirements**:

- Eager to learn, develop and grow their skills
- Highly organised and able to adhere to tight deadlines
- Strong communications skills
- Able to work closely and efficiently with a team
