Do you want to join an established family run business of over 150 years, a renowned brand within the Horticultural industry, which goes back six generations?

We are currently looking to recruit a Marketing Campaigns Executive who will be responsible for supporting the Senior Marketing Executive to deliver the CRM and acquisition campaign and communications plan, driving customers to both the physical Garden Centres and the Online Shop

**Responsibilities**:

- Brief design and production of seasonal direct mail and door drop projects, working to schedules and meeting deadlines.
- Book advertising space and brief creative as per the marketing plan across print, outdoor, digital and radio channels.
- Update the Digital Signage at Garden Centres identifying effective marketing opportunities, as well as managing the restaurant menus.
- Develop a deep understanding of our customer data and the opportunities available for marketing innovation using data, such as implementing personalisation and customer journeys.
- Achieve targets and report on performance against KPIs. Monitor performance and adapt and test continuously to optimise results.
- Keep abreast of new technologies and advancements available to reach more potential customers.
- Work collaboratively with other team members and departments to ensure consistency in brand and campaign messages, as well as ensuring all opportunities for innovation are explored to improve overall business performance.
- Promote the Hillier brand values and maintain a consistent brand identity in everything you do.
- Support the Head of Marketing and marketing team in other activities to support the marketing strategy.

**Experience**
- Marketing qualification, degree level or equivalent experience
- Strong analytical skills and ability to make datadriven decisions to improve performance
- Strategic and commercially focused
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail

**Desired Skills**
- Experience or an interest in the horticultural industry
