**Criteria**:

- **At least 1 year's recent experience in a busy convenience or supermarket retailing at key colleague or supervisory level in a sales based environment**:

- **Experience of working in a fresh food retail unit and an ability to support, maintaining high standards of operational efficiency throughout the store**:

- **Excellent communication & interpersonal skills**:

- **Working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages**
