This position is to work as part of the Capital Projects Team, to independently manage a range of delegated projects from £5 k to £2 M and be responsible for the operational commissioning of healthcare buildings.

- Establish and review effective management systems
- Assist in the preparation of business cases
- Assist in the preparation of progress reports
- Carry out full surveys and preparations of drawings, specifications and tender documents
- Monitor cost of projects
- Deliver quality projects, on time and to budget
- Be responsible for the operational commissioning of Health Service buildings

Provideprofessional construction management advice to the Director of Estates and Facilities, Chief Engineer, CBUs and others, on all those aspects of the works of the Trust that are ascribed to the post-holder.
Establish and review effective management systems to implement andmonitorthe refurbishment and construction projects assigned to the post-holder.
Assist in the preparation of business cases including preparation of preliminary and feasibility surveys and preparation ofinitialdrawings and reports for construction and refurbishment scheme.
Organise and produce regular progress reports, minute meetings and reports with project teams including the production ofinitialscheme programme report to inform clients of progress etc
