Fundraising Officer

This is an exciting new and pivotal role within a proactive and friendly team as the charity makes further steps to extend its projects to enrich the community. This role is for 3-4 days per week with lots of autonomy. This is a new role and will be an integral part of a small, dedicated and friendly team.

The Fundraising Officer will work with the management team to raise funds, generate income, make sure we meet our fundraising targets, raise the profile and enhance the reputation of Be Enriched in line with our core values, support our growing organisation and inspire more people to support us.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a significant role in shaping a fundraising strategy whilst generating immediate impact. You will be confident ambassador for our work with a strong track record of fundraising.

In order to be successful in this role and support our goals, we are looking for you to have:

- Knowledge and experience in trusts and foundations, individual giving, community and corporate fundraising and shaping a fundraising strategy
- Ability to develop and build new relationships
- Good writing skills and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player
- Able to work flexibly and under pressure
- Experience of using Salesforce is desirable but not essential

Hours: 21-28 per week

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
