**Areas of responsibility**:

- Design and execute strategic trade marketing plans to drive footfall and brand awareness
- Manage retail marketing across our local and international markets ensuring consistency with brand guidelines, tone of voice and marketing strategy
- Maximise retailer engagement and sales, both locally and internationally, by creating differentiated campaigns
- Collaborate with our internal teams to ensure the brand marketing plans are implemented effectively
- Produce and analyse market data, performance reports and provide meaningful summaries, turning insight into action
- Submit market specific needs for budgets and track throughout the year
- Provide regular category insight such as brand competitor analysis including promos, pricing and product information
- Attend key customer meetings and presentations to support the Marketing and Sales Team
- Support our BDM’s with yearly trade terms negotiations and lead the appropriate work stream
- Support or Amazon team with the promotional mechanics and ROI reporting.
- Work with the commercial team to leverage key market opportunities
- Support the wider marketing team on projects when required

Whilst your focus will be on our main brand, St. Moriz you will also be working across our portfolio of exciting brands, with real opportunity to put your mark on and help nurture and grow our future brands including:
HairVibe - Coming soon. New & exciting brand launch

**You will have**:

- FMCG experience in Trade Marketing, working with consumer products, ideally within the Beauty industry
- Retailer category management experience.
- International Marketing Experience.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present at a high level with customers.
- The ability to work in a creative, fast paced team but equally work autonomously when re-quired.
- High attention to detail.
- Experience of managing commercial relationships
- The ability to take a cross functional approach to teamwork.
- Project Management skills and be able to manage multiple projects at one time as well as any other ad hoc requests.
