Parts Advisor

**About us**

David Taylor Garages is a family-run business that has been serving our local community for over 50 years. The garage specialises in everything Isuzu, pickup truck and 4x4's. We have also recently taken on the Corvus UTV, Logic Equipment and M-Tec Trailer Franchises.

We are currently seeking a Parts Co-ordinator to join our team and help us continue to provide our customers with exceptional service. You must be able to demonstrate the ability to learn, have good attention to detail, work to a high standard and have excellent communication skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for ordering and receiving parts from suppliers.
- Stock control and management of all parts and accessories.
- Provide advice and support to customers on parts selection and pricing.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, sales, and purchases.
- Maintain a clean and organized parts department.
- Produce invoices and warranty claims accurately in accordance with the manufacturer and departmental standards.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working in an automotive parts department preferable but not essential.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of automotive parts and accessories preferable but not essential, must have a keen interest in the automotive industry.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent time management skills.
- Experience using computerized inventory management systems.
