We're looking for a handyperson to work a flexible 4 hour shift every Monday at a private events venue in Croydon. You must carry out a 4 hour shift, but the hours you work are flexible.

You will be working as a facilities assistant ensuring that basic maintenance work is undertaken.

Duties include:

- Basic electrical work, such as changing fuses, plugs, or wiring repairs.
- Basic carpentary work, such as fixing cupboards, doors, handles, and fixings.
- Basic plumbing work, such as repairing leaky pipes, repairing toilets, etc.
- Anything else related to DIY, painting, and decorating.

You will only be expected to carry out repair and maintenance tasks, and not to carry out the duties of a qualified engineer. However, you must still be suitably qualified and competent to carry out repair work.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 4 per week

**Salary**: From £20.00 per hour
