Medicolegal Expert Witness

GMS & Associates are looking for experienced Healthcare Professionals to act as Medicolegal Expert Witnesses. you will use your valuable knowledge and clinical expertise to provide an independent and impartial opinion in areas such as Clinical Negligence, Personal Injury and Professional Regulation.
**Your Role as an Expert Witness**
Becoming a Medicolegal Expert Witness, you will be reviewing cases based on your knowledge and expertise. You will be reporting on various case elements such as breaches of duty, causation, condition or prognosis.
Your role as a Medicolegal Expert Witness may also involve undertaking injury assessment, writing expert Statements, attending case conferences and providing evidence to assist the Court.
**About you**
To be a successful Medicolegal Expert Witness on our Panel, you will need minimum of 10 years’ experience in your practised clinical field.
You will need to be registered Nursing professional holding Nursing and Midwifery Council Registration.
