Job Profile:
Thomas Morris are looking to recruit a Lettings Administrator to be based in our branch in Eaton Socon on a full time, permanent basis to provide administrative support to the Lettings team and branches to ensure all letting instructions are compliant with current and forthcoming legislation and that all relevant documentation is received and completed in an appropriate timescale to enable new properties to be marketed effectively and efficiently.

As a Lettings Administrator working for Thomas Morris you will receive:

- £25,000 to £26,000 on target earnings (OTE) per annum

In the role of a Lettings Administrator you will be required:

- To ensure all landlord documentation sent out and completed prior to marketing
- To carry out land registry checks to ensure correct proof of ownership
- To check property has current certification, EPC, Gas EICR and liaise with TMPM
- Mailing out new properties to applicants and creating landlord next call reminders for each one.
- As individuals, ensures compliance by adhering to company standards and current legislation in line with the Organisation’s service level agreements.
- Adhere to Anti Money Legislation & Data Protection
- To show due diligence when requesting Identification documents from Landlords
- To keep the inventory/appliance log for properties up to date.
- To liase with branches to order boards
- Check properties are showing correctly on TM website and portals
- To identify and properly register potential tenants,
- Handle any potential lettings enquiries via LeadPro and to book qualified viewings when required.
- To adhere to Company best practice at all times.
- Develop and maintain excellent business relationships with internal colleagues and external customers.
- To maintain company values at all times.
- To be responsible for the tidiness, cleanliness and safety of your office environment.
- To be responsible for keeping the office stocked with stationery & supplies.

Lettings admin experience is preferred but not essential.

**It is essential that you hold a full UK Driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.**
