**Job Title: Tenancy Progressor - Build-to-Rent (Suburbia Focus)**

**Location**: Enfield (Remote start, 5 days a week)

**Salary**: £27,000 - £32,000 (dependent on experience)

**About The Client**: Our client is a dynamic player in the Build-to-Rent sector, specialising in suburbia. Unlike traditional estate agencies, we are dedicated to managing houses rather than apartments. Our approach is client-centric, prioritising efficiency and speed. Currently based in Enfield, with a remote start, we are on the lookout for a skilled Tenancy Progressor to join our growing team.

**Responsibilities**:
As a Tenancy Progressor with us, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless management of our suburban rental properties. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Managing the end-to-end tenancy process, ensuring a swift and efficient onboarding for our clients.
- Liaising with tenants and landlords to facilitate smooth communication throughout the tenancy lifecycle.
- Conducting property inspections and coordinating necessary maintenance work in collaboration with contractors.
- Handling tenancy renewals and terminations with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
- Utilising your expertise to resolve any issues that may arise during the tenancy period promptly.

**Requirements**:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

- 2-3 years of relevant experience in the property management or lettings administration field.
- Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with tenants, landlords, and contractors.
- Adept at working in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a high level of efficiency.
- Comfortable with a five-day workweek and able to commute to Enfield as needed.
