We are recruiting for a Buying Assistant to join a fast-paced buying team. Within this role you will work with the Senior Buyer to grow sales, maximise profits and looking at competitive prices.

**About you**:

- Have experience as a buying assistant.
- Worked in FMCG
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work with various customers.
- Excel knowledge (Vlookups and formulas)
- Ability to create and understand detailed reporting
- Work well as a team.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Thrive working in a fast-paced environment.

**The role**:

- Sales forecasting
- replenishment ordering
- Develop seasonal ranges
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing suppliers
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure an efficient supply chain
- Work with the marketing team
- Identify market trends and new products
- Understand competitors
