**ABOUT YOU**

As part of your role as an Investor Relations Associate, you will regularly engage with the CEO and key members of the Intertek Leadership Team. With approximately 40 people on site you will have the opportunity to network with our inspirational people on a daily basis, as well as meet many of our global colleagues.

**Required skills and experience**:

- Corporate Finance (General knowledge, accounts, functions, IR)
- Analytical Skills (Financial Analysis, Macroeconomic Analysis and Benchmarking
- Basic Financial Modelling
- Highly analytical, motivated and a self‐starter
- Solid commercial acumen
- Confident communicator and able to build rapport with new contacts quickly and effectively
- Highest levels of attention to detail, quality and accuracy
- Exceptional organisation skills
- Tier 1 university education with a minimum of a 2.1 in Economics/Finance/Mathematics/Engineering
- Familiarity with the use of LSEG/Refinitiv Workspace is a plus Fluent and strong written skills in English

**ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY**

Working within the wider Corporate Communications and Sustainability team, you will ensure good investor news flow and communications alignment.

**Key activities**:

- Preparing and maintaining materials such as data graphics and PowerPoint presentations, to support the communication of Intertek’s performance and development to the investor community
- Preparing Executive and Board level reports and presentation materials
- Providing data led insights through analysing economic and industry data, news, trends and developments and its impact on Intertek
- Regular analyses on the stock market developments and shareholder register
- Maintenance of the Investor Relations CRM database and distribution lists
- Preparation of various presentations, including results, strategy updates or investor packs.
- Aiding in the preparation for results publications: press release, Q&As, investor website, etc.
- Maintenance and publication of the sell‐side analysts’ consensus expectations on the company earnings
- Work within the wider Corporate Communications team and Sustainability team to ensure good investor news flow and communications alignment
