**Associate Solicitor (Family)**

**Stourbridge**

**Full time (8-5pm, Monday - Friday)**

**Permanent position**

**£40,000-£60,000 DOE.**

Capio Recruitment are working with a Top 3 Legal 500 firm, in the area surrounding Birmingham Central, to recruit for a Family Solicitor, with at least 2 years PQE.

**Responsibilities include dealing with**:

- Divorce
- Domestic violence
- Financial Applications resulting from divorce and separation
- Undertaking own advocacy on own matters and colleagues matters
- Business development, specifically developing business relationships with other profession court

Your role would include providing an accurate and reliable family law service to clients throughout the whole process, understanding the unique dynamic working with families holds, while supporting the general development of the Department.

**Person specification**:

- 2 years’ experience managing a caseload in a similar role
- Able to manage cases independently throughout, from commencement to conclusions.
- Manage yourself to an excellent standard
- Proactive and self-motivated to learn and progress.
