Property Inspector

We are looking for a bright and enthusiastic individual, who is eager to learn. Must have strong written and verbal skills, must be computer literate, and should be able to speak to Clients confidently.
Responsibilities include:
- arranging and carrying out Inspections
- handling and arranging maintenance in a timely manner
- arranging and carrying out viewings
Experience in Lettings and Property Management would be beneficial.
TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED
Must have a full UK Drivers Licence and their own car.

**Salary**: £22,500.00 per year
