Account Handler - up to £40,000 - Finchley
Your new company
Your new job as an Account Handler, will be working for a privately-owned Global Lloyd's Broker with offices based around the UK and Worldwide, with their head office based in the city. They have a dedicated team of over 5000 associates and prides themselveson having an entrepreneurial cultural that their clients benefit from. Due to continued successful growth within company, they are looking to recruit an experienced Account Handler to join one of their property teams based in Finchley.
Your new role
Your new role as an Account Handler will include liaising with a number of clients including a mix of UK based owners, asset managers, developers, property managers and funds and you will deal with portfolio premium spend of between £50k and £500k. You willbe responsible for the day-to-day servicing of client's insurance programmes to support the retention and development business as well as this you will supervise and monitor all performance of direct reports and provide support as and when necessary. Otherduties will include identifying risk exposures and advise on risk management solutions, ensure all renewals are completed effectively and on time as well as preparation of market and client documentation.
What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience as an Account Handler or Executive within UK Real estate or Commercial Property will contribute to your success. You will be confident in your ability to build and maintain business relationships with clients, insurers and associatesand be able to identify opportunities for business development. You will also have knowledge of FSA regulations and guidelines relating to both wholesale and retail customers You will be extremely computer literate and competent in using Microsoft Office software.
