**The role**The Identity And Access Management (IAM) Manager will be responsible for leading the strategic alignment, development and operation of Identity and Access Management (IAM) Services within Johnson Matthey. They will lead and be responsible for the technicaldelivery of work related to IAM tools and services from joiner, through provisioning, re-certification, dormancy and leavers. This includes but is not limited to identity capabilities such as directory services, access management, priviledge access management,SSO and MFA. The role will also drive strategic decisions and continuous improvements to our Identity and Access controls and technical leadership.
ASAP start, for an initial 6-month contract.
£550 per day (INSIDE IR35).
Work to be done largely remote, with the main office in London.
**Key requirements**Experience leading high-performing teams with deep technical understanding
Experience in running and delivering transformation to IAM Services
Experience in technical incident management, problem management and change management especially under pressured situations
Solid understanding of Cyber Security controls and cloud concepts
Experience with preparing operational process documents and broad knowledge of infrastructure operational flow
Proven experience of running global teams
Excellent experience of successfully managing stakeholders
Ensuring policies are withheld and enhanced where possible
Experience in moving from legacy to a more modern approach to identity and Access systems
Strong communication skills and presentation skills with proven ability to successfully interface with and influence at all levels (management, executive, technical staff and end users)
Relevant industry experience within IAM and IT more generally
Experience with industry toolsets such as Azure, OKTA, AD, Quest, Workday
