Due to continued expansion and recent move to larger premises Enviroguard NW Ltd have a vacancy for a part time Receptionist/Admin Assistant.

Enviroguard is an expanding family business established in 2006, providing environmental services which include Pest Control & Drainage solutions to a broad spectrum of businesses, local authorities and private customers, both commercial and residential.

In addition to these services Enviroguard operate a busy online bird proofing business.

As a company and our friendly team of staff, we pride ourselves on a hard working ethos and customer care, we'd like someone to join our team who has the same qualities.
- **Reception Duties**:_
- _As first point of contact a welcoming and professional telephone manner, previous experience beneficial._
- _Telephone - answering & forwarding calls to relevant members of staff, taking messages, screening unwanted calls, co-ordinating appointments, dealing with enquires and quoting basic prices for our services._
- _Meeting & greeting visitors to the office._
- _Making refreshments for meetings, guests and work collegues._
- _Ensuring the reception and communal areas are clean & tidy._
- _Ensure the kitchen is tidy and well stocked with milk, sugar, tea & coffee._
- **Admin Duties**:_
- _Filing_
- _Processing supplier invoices_
- _Sales Invoicing_
- **On-line Shop**:_
- _Processing online orders._
- _Preparing & packing shop orders ready for dispatch._
- _Arranging collection of orders using various shipping companies._
- _Raising sales invoice_
- **Desired skills/Attributes**:_
- _Microsoft Office Proficient (Office 365, word & excel)_
- _Sage 50 Cloud accounts._
- Working hours - 8.30am - 2.30pm

We're a small team of 14 staff, looking for someone to join us who is reliable, honest, conscientious, willing & eager to contribute and someone who takes pride in doing a good job.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From £10.00 per hour
