Weighbridge Operative

Our client urgently requires a Weighbridge Operative to work on site in Hempsted. The role may become permanent following a successful trial period.

**The Role**:

- You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the weighbridge, managing the movements of vehicles entering and exiting the site.
- Weighing vehicles on entry and exit of site
- Entering vehicle details and ticketing loads through the in-house operating system
- Liaising with drivers and ensuring their vehicles are within legal weight limits.
- Briefing all visitors on site safety instructions
- The role requires you to enter accurate information into the company’s systems, so you must be IT literate, methodical and organised.
- Training will be provided by the client

**Working Hours & Rate of Pay**:

- Monday to Friday 07:00 - 16:30
- £11.50 - £12.00 per hour (depending on experience)
