**Hire Desk Controller**

A great new role has come in for a Hire Desk Controller for a market leading supplier of non-mechanical products for hire and sales. The main purpose of this role is to be the main point of contact for customers seeking to hire equipment.

**What will the right person look like?**

**What will you be doing?**
- First point of contact for the customer.
- Checking availability of equipment and ensuring that equipment statuses are always up to date on the systems.
- Coordinating with the customer service and transport teams to ensure that the correct products are ready, arranging delivery to customer sites.
- Communicating effectively with other colleagues and providing a helpful and friendly point of contact for the depot enquiries.

**Hours/Salary/Benefits**

The Hire Desk Controller hours are Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. The salary is £24,000 - £28,000 depending on experience + Company Bonuses, Company Pension and Private Medical Care, and on-site parking.
