Midweight Designer

We are looking for a talented graphic designer to join our growing creative team at AP&C. If you’re a highly motivated designer committed to creating inspiring work and who has with the ability to mix creative flair with commercial brand awareness, then we’d love for you to get in touch.

As a multi-disciplined designer, your primary role will be to respond to creative briefs, creating high quality design work within a fast paced and ever evolving environment. Working in collaboration alongside the wider creative team, including marketing executives, web developers, project managers and videographers, you will be responsible for ensuring our creative work meets the needs and expectations of our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Liaise with the studio manager, account managers and clients to discuss the objectives and requirements of specific briefs.
- You will be expected to work on a wide range of both print and digital materials ranging from large event banners and brochures to social media campaigns and web designs.
- Have the ability to work both individually and collaboratively with the creative team, ensuring high expectations of the clients are met.
- Become a brand guardian for various clients, having the ability to work within the brand guidelines whilst also demonstrating a natural creative flair.
- Effectively manage time in a fast paced environment, whilst working on variety of projects both small and large.

About You
- 3+ years experience in a professional in-house or agency role is preferable.
- A strong portfolio, demonstrating a selection of creative works across multiple disciplines.
- Highly proficient in the Adobe CC Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and XD.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft software, particularly PowerPoint is preferable.
- Knowledge and understanding of print production and processes.
- A passion for digital design and digital channels.
- Strong communications skills in order to present design solutions as well as to build relationships with both clients and the team.
- Excellent attention to details, showing ambition for the quality of work produced.
