We are currently looking for a Hotel Team Member to be part of our wonderful team at ibis Cambridge Central Station.

**Your missions will be**:

- Welcome the guests and ensure that the service is handled very well
- Delivering an excellent service to our customers and insuring the quality of service is achieved.
- Ensures the working areas are clean
- Handles any guest complaints and/or remarks provides a response as soon as possible
- Checking guests in and out of the hotel
- Listen to the guest at all times; strive to answer all requests from the guests as quickly as possible, ensuring that the service provided to the guests will win their loyalty to return to the hotel.
- Has an impeccable attitude which conveys the image of the brand and hotel
- Passionate for the success of the hotel
- Attention to detail and quality
- Willing to embrace changes
