Sales Trainer

The Ashdown Group have been engaged by a rapidly growing Training consultancy, to assist with the recruitment of an experienced Sales trainer who can deliver training in English and another European language preferably. Spanish, German or French

Our client offers training services to Global and SME IT businesses, helping them achieve their goals by enabling their sales and technical staff through interactive and engaging training events.

They are looking to recruit a Sales Trainer who is passionate about developing and delivering impactful training. The role will be varied; flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to learn about new technologies is vital.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- prepare the e-learning environment and resources
- deliver training programmes both online and face to face
- support and coach learners using our interactive platform
- help to design course structure, materials, and documentation
- evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes and learning outcomes

You will need previous experience delivering virtual and face to face Sales or IT training. It's expected that you'll possess an interest in technology and the ability to learn new products and skills quickly. It would be highly advantageousif you wereable to deliver training in English and preferably Spanish, German, French or other main European languages.

The training is conducted either from the offices in Surrey or remotely from home. Some training is being delivered at customer sites or training venues in the UK and throughout Europe.
